Nutritional Counseling

A one-to-one consultation to review how you currently eat and agree practical changes you can actually make.

What it involves

How this works in practice

Nutritional counseling is the most general of the services here, and often the right starting point. It is an individual review of how you eat now, what is working, and what could reasonably change.

You do not need a diagnosis to benefit from it. Plenty of people come simply because nutrition information is contradictory and they would like an informed opinion on their own circumstances.

What you leave with is a small number of specific, workable changes rather than a long list — because a short list is the one that gets followed.

This may suit you if

  • You want individual advice rather than general guidance
  • Conflicting nutrition information has left you unsure what to follow
  • You would like a professional review of how you currently eat
  • You are not sure which of the other services fits
