What this website collects
These pages are static. This site itself sets no cookies, uses no analytics and collects nothing about you. There is no account, no tracking and no record kept here of anything you read or type.
The map on our location pages
The home page and this contact page show a Google map of the clinic. That map is loaded from Google, which means that when the map appears your browser contacts Google directly. Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy rather than ours. We receive nothing from it.
If you would rather not load it, the map only appears when you scroll to it, and every page also lists the address in plain text so you never need to use it.
The appointment and enquiry forms
The forms on this site do not send anything to a server. When you press send, your answers are composed into a WhatsApp message that opens in your own WhatsApp, ready for you to send. Until you choose to send it, nothing leaves your device, and nothing you typed is stored by this website.
WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own terms and privacy policy, which govern the message once you send it.
Information you give the clinic
Anything you send us by WhatsApp, tell us by phone, or provide at an appointment is handled by the clinic and treated as confidential.
